Product Manager

Define and drive the product vision for TeselaGen's AI agents and platform modules. Gather requirements from biotech customers, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with engineering to ship impactful features.
What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned platform modules (e.g., AI agents, DNA design, lab automation)
- Gather and synthesize requirements from customers, scientists, and internal stakeholders
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, strategic alignment, and engineering feasibility
- Work closely with engineering and design through the full feature lifecycle — from discovery to delivery
- Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on industry trends in biotech and AI
- Present product updates and strategy to leadership and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a technical domain
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and scientific requirements into clear product specifications
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in product analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make trade-off decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Nice to Have
- Background in biology, bioinformatics, or life sciences
- Experience managing AI/ML-powered products
- Familiarity with lab software (LIMS, ELN, DNA design tools)
- Experience working with enterprise customers in pharma or biotech
