Project Manager

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver platform features and customer projects on time. Manage roadmaps, sprints, and stakeholder communication. Experience in biotech or deep-tech product development is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Plan, track, and drive delivery of platform features and customer implementation projects
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain project boards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, science, and customer success
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Document processes, decisions, and project artifacts in our knowledge base
- Identify and resolve blockers, escalating when necessary
- Continuously improve our project management practices and tools
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience in software development or technology
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose mitigations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Nice to Have
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or deep-tech product development
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
- Technical background enabling effective communication with engineers
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation or onboarding projects
