What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, science, and operations roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, and referral networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview panels, and evaluation criteria
- Build and maintain TeselaGen's employer brand through content, events, and community engagement
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness)
- Help develop and improve recruiting processes and onboarding workflows
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or the biotech industry
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles (engineering, data science)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for biotech, pharma, or life sciences roles
- Familiarity with recruiting in Latin American and global talent markets
- Experience building university recruiting programs or internship pipelines
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices in Chile
