About the role
We’re looking for a Recruiter to aggressively grow our sales, marketing, and engineering team! This is a fantastic opportunity to build on and implement best practices, influence our leadership, and execute on goals to scale our team. You will be working with a small but talented team of highly motivated individuals that excel in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Partner closely with managers and chief executives to understand business needs and craft job openings
- Source candidates through a variety of channels and measure the efficacy of each channel
- Effectively build external candidate pool and screen applicants
