Technology

TeselaGen has developed a powerful, cloud-based and AI-driven platform for accelerating the engineering of biological systems.

Our platform consists in four web applications, Design, Build, Test and Evolve.

Design.

Design combinatorial libraries and generate automated instructions using algorithms like j5

Build.

Full tracking LIMS, integrated with third-party APIs such as Twist and IDT.

Test.

Data depot that allows you to upload, visualize, manage and export your experimental data

Evolve.

Apply machine learning models to your experimental data and optimize your designs

Design.

TeselaGen’s DESIGN module is a unified interface and compute infrastructure for the design of DNA libraries, and the generation of instructions for how to build those DNA libraries. Those instructions can be generated by TeselaGen’s proprietary algorithm (j5) that can generate optimized instructions for both human and automation equipment.

Build.

TeselaGen’s BUILD module provides many of the functions of a traditional LIMS system, allowing users to manage inventory, bio samples, and chain common laboratory actions into workflows that can be tracked and monitored. The BUILD module also plays the crucial role of capturing the computed design from the DESIGN module and turning into actionable instructions for subsequent automation.

Test.

The TEST Module is an experiment data depot, an online tool designed as a repository of experimental data and metadata. It provides a convenient way to upload a variety of data types, visualize these high-value data sets, manage them, and export them in a standardized fashion for use with predictive algorithms.

Evolve.

TeselaGen’s EVOLVE module provides an interface and compute infrastructure to create, train and execute machine learning algorithms using data available within TeselaGen’s platform. This module facilitates algorithms created by TeselaGen as well as enabling development of custom algorithms in a way that integrates seamlessly with other modules on the TeselaGen Platform.
